B. Requirements
• FirstClass Server 9.1 Build 611 or later.
• FirstClass Server 11 or later is not supported.
• Work offline permission must be enabled for the user account on the FirstClass Server.
• Multi-site Setup on the FirstClass server should be configured to do periodic full directory syncs / on demand syncs, so that the user's FirstClass Personal directory is kept in sync of that on the FirstClass server.

C. Installation
1 You must have a correctly installed version of the shipping FirstClass Client 10.009 for Mac OS X before proceeding.
2 Download FCPER10B860INTEL.dmg into a temporary folder.
3 Run the installer.
4 Once installation is complete you can remove the file and the temporary folder.
For the initial sync, enure that identical items are not found on both sides of the synchronization. For example, if you have "John Smith" defined in your online Contacts container and also in your Personal Contacts container, the synchronization process will duplicate this item in both Contacts containers. It does not know these are identical and it will treat them as independent items. It is best to start out with an empty container on Personal before the initial synch.

New Features:
• Personal has been upgraded for compatibility with FirstClass 10 Server.
Known Issues / Limitations:
• Non UTF Documents with names containing extended characters cause naming issues in Offline conference creation, if the conference name contains extended characters.
• After syncing contacts to Personal from the server, a logoff-login is required for the contacts to become visible in the personal directory.
• After initial sync, a logoff-login is required for personal Time Zone settings to function properly.
• Contacts synced from Personal to the Server will not be functional when logged into the server.
• Replication window displays synching other containers on initial sync, even though no syncing is done during the initial sync.
• Replication window displays synching other containers after pressing stop button, though no syncing is done.
• Replication window displays corrupted extended characters.
• Default expiry of messages not synched.
• Corrupt extended characters in contacts (only on non UTF servers).
• Synched items unsent from PRA don't resend properly.
• Customization, such as List View, are lost occasionally.
• Problems items should be more identifiable in the replication dialog.
• ,Internet or ,Server are still being added.
• Long conference names are truncated when replicated to PRA from Offline Conferences folder.
• On rare occasions, documents with FirstClass attachments synched sometimes are deleted on the subsequent synchronization.
